But I'd probably be willing to try holding one at least once if I knew it was owned by someone who'd had it for awhile and had "calmed" it down by holding it a lot. "Face your fears" and all that.... [img]eek.gif[/img]
I've gotten quite a few people that were scared of spider to hold her and even ended up not so afraid of them any more.
I allways wanted one but just never bought one.

they really are a cool pet. and they can go a long time between feedings, so they're easy to take care of.
